ABOUT KATIE PARKER

Katie Parker is a Richmond based artist who  graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a major in Communication Arts and a minor in Creative Writing. Parker is an illustrator and comic artist with 5+ years of experience creating and teaching art, and is dedicated to finding new ways of engaging people. She uses her imagination and skills to translate thoughts to stories, and stories to images. In this world full of automation, Parker is willing to adapt, explore, and humanize art to represent impactful stories.
